The service

MuseDupes analyses outfit photos you upload and suggests similar products offered by third-party retailers. MuseDupes is a discovery tool: we do not sell products, process payments for retailers, or guarantee the availability, pricing or quality of any item shown.

Your content

You must own or have the right to use the photos you upload, and you must not upload unlawful content or images that infringe the rights of others. You grant us the limited licence needed to process a photo for the purpose of providing the service to you.

Accounts and fair use

The free tier includes a daily number of scans and is supported by ads. Premium membership unlocks additional usage. Automated scraping, reverse engineering, reselling of results, or attempts to circumvent usage limits are prohibited.

Affiliate links

Some product links may be affiliate links. We may earn a commission from the retailer when you make a purchase, at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence how the AI matches or ranks products.

AI-generated results

Garment recognition and product matching are performed by AI and are provided "as is". Results can be imperfect. Always verify product details, sizing and price on the retailer's site before purchasing.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MuseDupes is not liable for purchases made from third-party retailers or for indirect damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold as a consumer under applicable law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
