What is MuseDupes?
MuseDupes is an AI-powered shopping assistant. Upload a photo of any outfit and the app identifies each garment, then searches trusted retailers for similar products at your budget. Think of it as a personal stylist with a very good memory for prices.
Is MuseDupes free?
Yes. The free version includes daily outfit scans and is supported by ads. A Premium membership removes ads and unlocks unlimited scans and a larger wishlist.
How accurate is the garment detection?
Very good on typical outfit photos, and improving continuously. Each detected garment carries a confidence level, and each search is fully visible — you always see exactly what the AI understood before you shop.
Which retailers do you search?
MuseDupes searches across a broad range of established online retailers and marketplaces. Results depend on your region and the garment; we surface stores that actually stock a close match rather than a fixed shop list.
What happens to my photos?
Photos are transmitted over encrypted connections and used only to analyse the outfit you submitted. They are never sold and never used for advertising. Looks you save to your wishlist are stored in your private account; deleting your account removes them.
Do you earn money when I buy something?
Some product links may become affiliate links, meaning we can earn a small commission from the retailer at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships never influence which products the AI matches or how they are ranked.
When does MuseDupes launch?
MuseDupes is in the final stage of development. Android launches first, with iOS following shortly after. Write to us and we'll notify you at launch.
