About this website

musedupes.com is the pre-launch website of MuseDupes, a project developed by Sorin Zamfir in Kilkenny, Ireland. These terms cover your use of this website only.

The service is not launched

The MuseDupes app — and MuseHome — are in development and are not yet available. Nothing on this website is an offer of the service, and no feature described here is available today. Planned features, availability, pricing and launch timing may change, be delayed, or not ship at all. When the app launches, its use will be governed by its own terms.

MuseDupes and retailers

MuseDupes is intended to be a discovery tool. It will not sell products and will not process orders or payments for retailers: purchases would be completed on the retailer's own website, under the retailer's terms. Prices, availability, delivery, returns and warranties are controlled by the retailer and may change. The appearance of a retailer or product in future results would not mean the retailer is a partner of MuseDupes or endorses it.

There are no affiliate links on this website today. How affiliate links may work in the future is described in the Affiliate Disclosure.

Site content

The text, design, wordmark, app previews and images on this site belong to the operator (or are used with permission) and may not be copied for commercial use without consent. You may browse the site and share links to it.

Acceptable use

You must not attempt to disrupt the site, probe or breach its security, or misuse the contact address for spam or unlawful content.

Liability

The site is provided as an information page about a product in development, without promises that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes rights you hold as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your country of residence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
