MuseDupes ("we", "us") provides an AI-powered shopping assistant that analyses outfit photos you choose to upload and suggests similar products from third-party retailers. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It is written to meet the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Photos you upload

• Uploaded images are transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS).
• They are processed for one purpose: analysing the outfit in the photo you submitted.
• We do not sell your photos and we do not use them for advertising.
• Looks you save to your wishlist are stored in your private account until you delete them or delete your account.

Account data

If you create an account we store your email address, authentication identifiers and your saved wishlist. Guest mode is available without an account; in that case scans are processed without being linked to a profile.

Analytics and advertising

We use aggregated analytics to understand how the app is used and to improve it. The free version of the app is supported by ads; ad partners and their data practices will be listed here before the ad-supported version ships.

Third-party processing

Outfit analysis and product search are performed with the help of established infrastructure and AI providers acting as processors on our behalf. Product links lead to third-party retailer sites, which have their own privacy policies.

Your rights and data deletion

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. You can delete your account and its associated data directly inside the app (Settings → Delete Account) or by emailing support@musedupes.com from the address linked to your account. Deletion removes your profile, wishlist and stored images.
